Aleida Thielin-Restrepo is the Managing Director of A R Aviation Ltd. She started her career in Aviation 14 years ago at Anglo American Airmotive where she had the responsibility of commercialising Piper Aircraft in Spain. She remained loyal to Piper for many years through various changes of the distributor.

She also worked as an Aircraft Sales Director for Spain for Pilatus PC-12 Centre UK/ Spain Ltd and was responsible for the sale of aircraft in Spain, particularly the Pilatus PC-12.

Aleida holds a Master in International Business from Bournemouth University, England and also has Private Pilot Licence. She has a degree in Media Studies & Journalism.
 

Brokerage

When your aircraft is given to us for sale, we will handle the entire process from advertising and lead generation, to market analysis and follow-up. Your plane is promoted through direct mail, print and Internet advertising and customised brochures. Once we find the right buyer for your aircraft, we will handle the entire sale on your behalf including:
  • Price negotiation
  • Sales agreement
  • Deposit and payment
  • Closing of the deal and delivery of the aircraft.
When you are looking to acquire a new or pre-owned aircraft, we will conduct a worldwide market search to identify the best possible opportunities in the market place, at the best possible price. We will handle the entire purchase on your behalf including:
  • Pricing and valuation of pre-owned aircraft
  • Maintenance and inspection issues
  • Contract terms and deposit structures
  • Closing of the deal and payment
  • Acceptance of the aircraft.
We can also assist you with other aspects related to the sale or purchase of the aircraft such as: finance, insurance, registration, training of pilots, management of aircraft, importation and maintenance.
